Hi there!

Currently we have one T1 with Frame Relay encapsulation. We wanna get one more T1 and bond both connections.

We have Cisco 2620 and IOS 12.1(4)

Which is the best way to do this, CEF or MLPPPoFR. Can I use MLPPPoFR with this IOS, or I need to upgrade? How much aproxemately will cost us? Whisch one is using more procesor power?

If is using CEF is it possible other site to match for full 3Mb incoming traffic or just with MLPPPoFR.

Thanks in advance!

You'd use an Multilink Frame Relay Interface.

They're pretty easy to configure.

Thanks for the reply!

Do you think Cisco 2620 which we have will have enough processor power and do I have to opgrade my current IOS 12.1(4)?

I don't think it will support Multilink Frame Relay.

Is there any way to get two T1s bonded with my current equipment?

Thanks,

MLPPP. I cannot find anything that leads me to believe it will support MLPPPoFR.

It looks like for 2620XM - IOS 12.3.9b IP Plus will work and for 2620 - IOS 12.3.9 IP Plus will work.
