CUCME - Password Issue?

Hi everyone

I have seen a couple of instances recently where the CUCME passwords (associated to Devices for TAPI) seem to have defaulted back to "NULL". I cannot see any reason why this has happened, and I'm not 100% sure that this has been the case (i.e. not a user configuration problem!)

Has anyone seen this problem previously?

CME always stores user passwords in clear text, CUE passwords store password in their database and these passwords are invisible to the CME config. This is to avoid the password are not be seen in clear text in the CME.

Thanks - have you ever seen an issue where the passwords seem to reset to "Null"? This is definatly CME passwords, as I can see them as Null in the running config
