VPN Client 4.6 - works at home, not at hotel

When I installed the client and tested it at home, I was able to successfully tunnel in through my ISP cable modem. In the hotel, I can get online through an in-room wired connection but the client makes four connection attempts and then gives me a "terminated locally" error. I spoke with the hotel's ISP and they say that their service is specifically configured to allow VPN due to the number of users who request it. Any ideas?

Mostly hotels use patted ip address. You need to verify if UDP 4500 is blocked or not.

Also, you can try with "Enable Transparent Tunneling" uncehcked on the client.
