Does somebody knows how to play a prompt to an agent before a contact is connected.

Are you using CAD? CAD has an admin workflow tool that allows you to create "voice contact workflows". These allow actions to take place based on call events, "ringing" being one of the events.
One of the actions that can be setup is the launch external app action which could be setup to launch windows media player with the prompt file as a launch arguement. You can also pop a notification window with a message to the agent.

Yes, I have use it before for moving data between Agent and windows App.
Nice solution. The problem is that I need that the message is prompted using the IP Phone not the PC.
Any idea?
