Hello,

When I connect to external SQL database and I configure table and columns then I can made query from the script using primary key in the table as unique row identifier.

Can I configure a view of table and made query on the table view?

If I can do so, how I implement it?

Hi,

With the ICM DBWorker feature you can only query tables based on Primary Key which is a char type. A view can not have a primary key and DB Worker looks for a table a its primary key.

You can use Cisco IP/IVR for that purpouse or an application gateway which is more complex.
