I have a multilink established between 2 endpoints; each endpoint has 2 T1 point-to-points in the Multilink interface. If 1 of the T1s goes down does it take the Multilink interface down for that end point?

Hi
Your multilink interface will remain up until the other T1 stays up.
If both the link goes down then your logical (multilink) interface will also go down..

Thats what I thought but when i disconnect one of the T1s it brings down the multilink interface

Can you post the config of your router as well as the output of show interfaces when the T1 is up and also when the T1 is down.
Also include output of show version and show diag ..
