I'm not sure I understand how you would like this to work - you can use the greetings administration conversation to activate/rerecord greetings for a call handler (i.e. the opening greeting call handler) already - they want to switch to a greeting but they don't want to record it? What? I'm confused... walk me through exactly what they want to do differently...
