ASA Question

I have users that connect to the ASA via the Cisco VPN client. They connect in but are unable to access anything on the network. They can't ping any devices or even the gateway to get out. I have other users that do not see this issue at all. They are all running the same version of the client as I made sure it wasn't an issue with an older client. The system is setup to only hand out 5 different IPs at this time as the user pool is really small since we are still in test mode. Any insight into this issue would be helpfull. Let me know if I didn't explain the issue very well.
