UCS Operator Call Handler

I am using UCS 1.2 in a multi-site deployment. Each site has it's own local operator with a separate Call Handler for that.

If I call a user and press 0 during their message, I go to the appropriate Operator.

However, if I leave a message, press 1 to send/confirm message, I get a "general" greeting that states to dial an extension... If I dial 0 here, I get transfered based on the "Operator" call handler.

Is this expected? I don't think Unity works like this.

Also, is there a way to create different "sign-in" handlers to repoint 0 to the local operator?

I've tracked this down the "Goodbye" handler... it asks for an extension prior to saying "Goodbye" and disonnecting you...

Can anyone think of any other good areas to check out?

Thanks,
