Hi Guru's

I greatful if anyone can help me out.

Actually i have a standard Cisco CCO account, were i dont have privilage to download Cisco updates and other CCM packages. So is there other way where i can get this downlods?

BTW: Why Cisco don?t offer any updates or downloads for free has Microsoft do. For users who don?t have CCO account they face many obstacles to get any updates.

Only way to access software downloads is to have a valid Contract Associated to the contract.

Dont know why this is in affect. One of the reasons I can guess is a lot of new installers are available at the same location as the updates
