Hello
I have a point to point 2 Mbps connection on 1800 router. When i check the serial link status it show bandwith 1.54Mbps.
Can any one has an idea till what max. bandwidth is supported by WIC.? And what is the hardware for Bandwidth above maximum limit

It means that Each port support 8Mbps in synchronous mode.?
Does the use or not use of bandwidth command has any effect on the serial bandwidth

Hi Shoeb
1544Kbps is the default config under the serial interfaces and you can change the same using bandwidth command.
Also its nothing to do with the data communication/transfer which happens through the serial port.
