You can also make use of Xmodem copy method to load your ios back onto your router..

What is your router model?
If you still have the IOS in the FLASH, you can configure the router from ROMMON to load the IOS from the FLASH the next time it boot up.
However, if you don't have the IOS in the FLASH. You can download the IOS from a TFTP server to your router using XMODEM
Use 3COM TFTP Daemon, it supports big file size
