The easiest way would be to do a Campus Manager discovery, which would autopopulate the DCR with devices.

you would add a few seed devices to CM and then it would discover your network devices via snmp and cdp and then put these discovered devices into the DCR.

If you don't want to use Campus you could either add the devices manually one by one or use a csv file with devices.
