Has anyone out there using CCA experienced the following issue where a requirement is set (any selected rule succeeds(AV updates)) and the users pass one of the selected rules but is thrown into the temporary access mode. The rule they are passing is "av_inst_SymantecClientSecurity_10_x_win_XP_2K". Has anyone seen this rule before??? Thanks for your response

Are you using the built in rules? I had an issue with the definition file rule for the SymantecClientSecurity. I manually created the rule and it worked fine after that.
