Hi Folks.
Uty 4.0.5, Ex2k VM only install.
I'm getting una to connect to voice server from the customer's domain. What's the best way of getting around this (I guess it's an authentication issue messing DCOM up). I've added Network into DCOM default security properties & checked default impersonat level is set to impersonate on the client and unity server, no joy.
No firewalls in-between the client and server and no fwall apps running on the client. CSA installed on Unity (tried with this dis'd, same).
Any suggestions greatfully received.
Cheers,
NJ.

I'll set the customers domain as a trust domain on the Unity voicemail domain - should do the trick.

what is the error code you get on the page, based on the error code we would be able to identify the issue. One thing you can try using is, use the IP Address instead of hostname. Also, if SSL was installed and configured during the setup the url should be https//

Check this:
and also make sure that you have the correct IP Address or the full FQDN in commserver\cscoserv\ciscopca\web.xml under
