Catalyst 3560 stops

We have 6 catalyst 3560 with PoE. At some moment one of these catalyst stop having management and cli conection.However we can have traffic passing by them. After that the switch stops full work, and we need to restart by power off. Anybody knows what can be the problem??? These switches doesn`t have any special configurations.

Try changing the power cable.If this doesnt work upgrade the firmware to have a stable firmware and do a hard reset after firmware upgrade.

When the switch begins to stop having management access try collecting logs from the console port. Collect show log and show tech-support and post here.
