2 CCM servers integration w/Unity 4.0.5, one rejects phone's registration

Hi there,


I need to integrate 2 CCM servers (CCM4.1(3) and CCM 3.3(5)) w/ 1 Unity 4.0.5.


CCM4.1(3) w/Unity4.0.5 done, works properly.


CCM 3.3(5) integration successfully. (I use Unity->manage integration-> ...

Call Manager cluster2->

verify server, successfully.)


Problem is,

that when I tried to add a phone to CCM 3.3(5) for testing,

this callmanager server rejects the phone's registration.


Is it doing with the configuration between two CallManager servers?


background:

Call Manager cluster1: CCM 4.1(3)

Call Manager cluster2: CCM 3.3(5) is new added server.

Are you using auto-registration or manually adding the phones? If auto-registration, make sure that auto-registration is enabled for the server under System -> Callmanager in CCM admin.

sorry for late reply.


I am not using auto-registration. already disabled.


Checked DHCP server. That causes the issue.

The IP phone receives IP addr. from CCM4.1(3)'s DHCP server--switch.Therefore,CCM3.3(5) rejects its registration.


Should I put CCM2 into another VLAN, and then doing InterVLAN on switch?


Or anybody got better idea? and how?
