CUE Voicemail Options

Within CUE is it possible to give options when leaving a voicemail. For instance, once you press # you can mark the message as urgent, leave a message, listen to the message you just left, erase the message. And so on.

Yep, these are built-in to the system. I'm not sure how (or even IF) you can them, though I did have a CCME demo kit once where 'someone' had changed the default system voice prompts....

Those options cannot be customized. Only the zero-out extension can be customized (per user).
