Try to find cisco partner with partner locator tool

http://tools.cisco.com/E-Learning-IT/LPCM/pub_jsp/lplist/LpcmLPListSearchPage.jsp

Choose Course Name and your location and you get list of partners

I've had real good luck with the Planet3 books from Osbourne for CWNA, CWSP, and CWAP.

The base book is CWNA, Certified WIreless Admin; it give excellent descriptions of how the wireless systems work, protocols, basic terms & such.

I believe Cisco Press has updated their wireless book series, so they may be much better than they were ... I didn't like 'em much.

I don't think the CWNA book covers the Lightweight APs much, if at all ... so you might want to do the CWNA book for basics, then kick it with a recent Cisco Press book to cover the LWAP stuff.

Good Luck

Scott

have you passed the WIFI Specialist Exam?

I have the Actualtest for the 642-587, but it contains only 70 questions, think you that it's suffissant to pass the exam?

Thx

Hi Omar, this is completely unrelated to your original email . I just saw your TITLE 'Systems Engineer' and because I am applying for a similar position with Cisco, I thought I should ask you for your experience on all that it entails, day to day functions and if you have to be an expert to be considered. Also how does negotitation, commercial focus and the likes relate to your job.

Thanks

Hell, about me, I have just about one experiance year. I have a CCNA and I just passed the BSCI for the CCNP certificate.

And as I'm needing also to emphasis in WiFi, I'm preparing for the Wireless Field Specialist.

And about what you said, I don't understans really what you like to mean by this?
