IPM Jitter Collector is blank

I am performing a jitter test (see attachment) and I get no data but it reports exactly 50% of my queries are failing. I have other jitter tests that are doing the same thing, but there is one collector that is running fine. Is it an IOS issue? Router platform issue? Collector is a 7206 going to an 815 (which amazingly supports SAA 2.2.0)

Like I said I have one collector that is running fine, so it is not the cpimaging cron issue. This is Solaris and IPM 2.5.1

Could you please run the following commands in the end router and see the results,

sh rtr configuration for the collector 'r'

sh rtr collection statistics for the entry id(collector)
