Anyone ran into this issue? In CCMAdmin under a phone I do not have the option for "Span to PC Port" option but the option shows up on the phone (Settings, Device Configuration, Ethernet Configuration). This is not an editable setting directly from the phone.....
This is keeping my IPCC silent monitoring and recording from working...

I can see that option on my CallManager 4.2(3) with ES20. Do u have plain vanilla 4.2(3) or any ES /SR installed ??
