Please, could you help to know what would be the low cisco router (cheapest) that can be configured under BPG protocol (8xx, 17xx...)

Actually you should bee looking for the ios feature set the supports BGP. That is the Advanced IP sevices and higher feature set.
Use the feature navigator to get more info:

Hi,
First is IOS that support BGP, second Memory, third is the type of connection (FE, Serial, ATM).
If you are multihoming and want to received full BGP route (approximately 200K prefixes), the minimum memory requirement is 256MB recommended is 512MB. A 3800 series is recommended as it can support up to 1GB of memory and multiple network module.
