hi,
where i work a phone extension was configured in the past to have external calls from a direct outside line forwarded to it. How do i remove these configurations to stop this from happening?

If you know what the external number was being received by CM, then you can use Route Plan Report (CCMAdmin Page ---> Route Plan ---> Route Plan Report) to find the number and delete it.
