but i still have a problem :

The machine is plugged to switch trough two nic interfaces, when i disconnect one of two links, the the channel continue working, and when i back to plug the disconnected link , the machine stops to respond ping.

what can be occuring ?

Does the machine stop responding to ping for good or does it drop packets for a bit but then the ping continues ?

If the latter it looks like it could be a spanning-tree issue.

The interface stops to respond ping -t command..and to come back work again, i have to remove and to create the port channel interface on switch.

follow attached , the switch configuration.

It?s working now,

I think the problem was in vmware esx 3.

After i had make some alters in some flags in network features, the system is working.

If i remove one of two interfaces and and i re-plug that, the system continues ping.

We've seen the same problem and not found a satisfactory solution.
