Where in CME - or CLI can I configure the amount of seconds (or rings?) the receptionist's phone waits before Auto Attendant kicks in?
I've searched for a how to but no luck.
Assuming you are talking Direct-Inward-Dial to a receptionist number or set of receptionists hunt numbers, on the last Ephone DN you would use the 'call-forward noan' command. Here is the command below.
call-forward noan 2000 timeout 18
! Sends the call to the AA pilot of 2000 after 18 seconds.
