Dear sir,
iam having 2811 router in that having 2 faseth i connected my isp rj-45 cable to my router faeth0/0 and given public ip address and i nat outside and nat inside faeth0/1 as inside iam able to get internet but my server(linux)having public ip address iam not able to ping that ip addre and iam not able to ping my server from outside.how can add my ip pool in my router.iam not using serial cord iam using rj-45 connection
plz help me

Srinivas,
Give your linux server an inside address (f0/1) and configure static NAT translation for your server in the router. This would also provide some protection from DOS attacks, originated from outside, for your server on the inside. You need a static translation similar to this one;
ip nat inside source static
