Here's the field notice on DST change for VG248

The VG248 receives its clock from the Cisco Unified CallManager.

Please upgrade the Cisco Unified CallManager server to an appropriate software version

based off of the CallManager field notice.

To ensure the new clock is pulled from the Cisco CallManager immediately, please reboot

the VG248 after the CallManager is patched.

The VG248 gets its time from the Call Manager server and is periodically updated. After investigation it was determined that no changes were required to bring the VG248 into compliance.



For each time zone you use, update the following fields:

"stddate" to "0/11/0/1,2:0:0:0"

"dstdate" to "0/3/0/2,2:0:0:0"


Restart the CCM service "Cisco CallManager Service".
