I need to configure and operate in a 7914 expansion module with a 7960 phone.
Hardware is installed and working good (all lights are OK) but I can't configure it good because the 7914 screen doesn't show anything that I configure in speed dials.
Have you configured your phone to support 7914 expansion module?
If you haven't go to the phone administartion page and fill the expansion module field 1 and select default 7914 then click update and then reset yoou device
