Bars Fail

using BARS 4.09

CM version 4.1.3

When I run bars schedule I get this error.

I can conect to the storage location

Windows Write Failed

Unable to save all the data for the file \DevicezLanmanRedirector\ip address\

Are you backing up to a remote server through the UNC? Is that account that is running BARS have full control to that remote server and folder?

Dave,

I agree with Mike, sounds like a connection problem to the remote UNC. Verify IP connectivity and name resolution to the share. Test file copying using the Windows GUI or check remote share rights if possible. If it still doesn't work, test mapping that drive from another system with the same credentials. You could also try restarting the workstation service on the BARS server. Worse case scenario backup locally and pull it off FTP or flash.
