Corporate Directory

Hi All,

I have a CCM 4.1 configured at 2 differents site

Cluster1 & Cluster2 linked by a trunk.

Calls are flowing successfully over the trunk.

I have configure the directory and can access them on each cluster.

My problem is that i cannot access directory from phones registered in cluster1 when i m using a Phones register in cluster2 and vis versa. (searching for names from IP Phone directory)

Could you please help?

What u get?

DC integration?

Could you please try to do the following:

in CLuster 1 add a dummy phone (MAC) for a phone register in Cluster 2.

Do the same in Cluster 2.

Perfom a search from this phones.

Hi,

I have similar scenario, i have CCM Cluster 1 and CCM Cluster 2.

ICT is enabled between them, i am using DC for each one of them.

I am wondering in case i need to search for an extension on Cluster2 while i am in cluster 1 what should i configure ( i beleive you were saying DC integration!!)

How to do so?

Hi,

I have done this sometime back.You can do this trick.

Create a service (like EM service), in the service URL field put the following URL:

https:///CCMuser/xmldirectory.asp

Doing this when someone press the service,it will show you the corporate directory of 2nd cluster. Do this vise-versa for cluster 1.
