Problem with users in Remote Access by Modem

When I try to make Modem conecction from a PC , the only user than permit the conection in the Routers , is the username with the sane name at the prompt of the router .

Before this was unnecesary . How can I put more usernames ??

In the case , the only user that can to connect is "PF-Panamericana" , but pfernandez is unable to connet . The user and pass are OK .

wHY ??

Hi Rodrigo,

I checked the configuration and notice that the username ?PF-Panamericana? has a privilege of 7 while the rest of the users, like ?pfernandez? have no privilege, so the router is not granting access to those users. To create a new username and password with privilege 7, just do it as follows:

Router# config t

Router(config)# username privilege 7 password
