network communication problem

i have 2 different networks, one network 10.10.0.0/16 in which i use a 1721 cisco router with ip address 10.10.22.50/16, and a second network 10.100.51.0/24 with another non cisco router with ip address 10.100.51.4/16.

i am trying to set up a configuration, so a client pc ,in first network, with ip address 10.10.1.1/16 can communicate with a server, in the second network, with ip address 10.100.51.253/24.

can anyone help me?

Step1) You have to connect the two routers with a third network.

ClientPC---network1(10.10.0.0/16)---Cisco Router---network3---Non Cisco Router---network2(10.100.51.0/24)---Server

Step 2) Enable IP routing in both routers

Step 3) Enable Routing Information Protocol in both routers

Step 4) In each router advertise the networks directly connected to it.
