We have 3 queues, Real-time, Interactive and Bus, a third party setup traffic prioritising for RDP (dscp af21) and Video Conf (dscp ef) traffic, I would like to know how this tagged traffic knows how to go down what queue, and a general understanding of how this all ties in together.
I had a look and found RDP was set to a value of af21 = 18, however there is no reference in regards to a tx-queue 1,2,3

qos map dscp 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 to tx-queue 4
qos map cos 3 to dscp 26
qos map cos 5 to dscp 46
On the WAN interface there is a comment 'service-policy output mark_qos_AKL'

The Class for RDP_AKL and VC_AKL points to 2 ACLs, allowing tcp 3889 traffic and permiting the VC host IPs talk to each other.
Not 100% sure how all this works!
Any help would be appreciated.
