One of our call center is rolling out IP Communicator for about 20 users, and they are debating between USB or 3.5mm headsets
I was thinking USB is better, because in Windows control panel there's a tab for Audio and a tab for Voice. If I'm understanding correctly, using a USB headset would provide for letting sounds go out the normal PC sound card, and actual calls go through the headset without having to plug anything in or out. Am I correct in this?
