Logos 7912 etc CCM5

hey,

im still not seeing a definite series of steps to put logos on for the different phones on CCM 5.0(4).

could i have a step by step on doing it. ive read the cisco docs but still not clear.

What is not clear to you ?

Have you tried, and does not work ?

The guides that I've seen in this forum, and on CCO are actually clear on the matter.

hey,

im probably just not getting it for some reason..

1. i have png files

2. i have an xml list

3. i uploaded to the /desktops/Directory(for specific phones)

4. checked to see if phones get images and nothing.

quesiton - where exactly do i upload the List.xml and where do i upload the Images. do i upload the list.xml to the same directory or ?

All the paths are relative to the root of TFTP directory. I understand that after copying all files, TFTP service need to be restarted. Note the 7912 has a totally different procedure that you find documented on CCO as well.
