I have already installed Common services, Campus Manager, Device Fault Manager and RME. I want to install Ciscoview but it is part of the Common Services install and it want let me install ciscoview without re-installing common services. Is there a way I can install Ciscoview on it's own ?
cheers

No, CiscoView can only be installed as part of Common Services.

Thanks for the information. Will I have to de-install all the software then re-install it ? If so how do I backup and restore the current data ?
cheers

Yes, you will need to deinstall and reinstall. Use the CiscoWorks backup feature to backup all application data:
NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/backup.pl
Then, once everything is reinstalled, and patched to the current revision (i.e. what is currently installed on your server), then do the restore:
NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/restorebackup.pl -d
