VPN Client doesn't connect with VPN server

Hi, I have a problem with a client with a Cisco 2811 router acting as a Cisco Easy VPN Server, after installing everything he can not connect through the VPN client to the server, any idea what could be happenning

Hi..

Could you please post the config from the server. Is it a Software VPN client ?

Hi,

Its difficult to answer just like that. We don't even know till what point we reach while connecting when it fails. We need more elaborative description to even try to think about it.
