CSS locking up

I am having a problem with a CSS 11506 internittently locking up when I try to access it via telnet or console. I have a second CSS in a different location that does not have this problem. The active software version on both CSSs is SG0750103.

I have replaced the chassis and console card on the affected CSS. I have a TAC open but all that is happening is requests for logs and dumps.

is the CSS totally blocked and not passing traffic or is it just console and telnet ?

Obviously this is not hw related, so you should probably follow the recommendations of the TAC.

Collecting data is a mandatory step to understand the problem.

Once we know what is causing the issue, we can fix it.

Replacing HW or applying config changes without knowing the exact cause of the problem is just a waste of time and money.

Hi,

I saw the same issue in a customer environment.CSS is locked and i cant access from the console also.

If you get any solution for this issue or any update from the TAC do please update in the discussion forum.
