CCM services down after a CCM Server down

A lot of services doesn't work good after a CCM shutdown.


Configured ring tones were lost in all phones, phone button template created by me doesn't work in phones that were selected, ring tones list doesn't appear in some phones and some phone were forwared to another dial number without user intervention.


Anybody can say me what's happen and what is a possible solution?.


I use CCM 4.1(3)sr1

This might be cause because the database is broken within the cluster, try using dblhelper.
