CUE + CME question

Hello,

I have CUE + CME. The customer is asking for the below and I need confirmation if the below can be done or not. I have some reading didn't find any great information about it.

1- The user wants to have softkey or button on his phone so he can activate his alternate voice mail greeting without the need to login to his voice mail box. Pretty a shortcut in other words.

Remark: If the above can be done in any other way like XML let me know please.

I'm not sure it can be done. It appears that pauses as commas are not accepted in personal speed-dial configuration. The pauses may be needed to re-program CUE, on the other hand I haven't tried this myself.
