IPCC CRS 4.0.4 installation issue: it keeps running SQLUtilites

Hi,

IPCC CRS 4.0.4 installation finished. Not any error during the OS/IPCC installation.

(hasn't installed service release yet)

while I configure IPCC, It keeps running SQLUtilites installation program.

Anybody has any idea?

(Background:

2 IPCC servers(1 primary, 1 standby), same situation)

This is fixed in a 4.0(5). Its just cosmetic so you can ignore it for the short term.

The IPCC server works now, though we haven't upgrade to 4.0(5).

Do you know how you got rid of this?

I have same setup and same version and i have the same SQLutility issue.

We have the same issue: CRS4.04sr1 with HA. What I finally resorted to was downloading a copy of msconfig.exe and editing the startup programs. The SQLUtility is the "UpdateUtility". I disabled that from running at startup. This is just a bandaid fix, but TAC wasnt' able to provide me with a better solution to get the SQLUtility to stop running at startup. We're in the process of upgrading to UCCX5.0 now so it will be a null issue for us....hopefully.

I have had the same issue but Cisco Tac provided me with info so I could solve it.
