Interface Reset problem & solution

Well in sh int serial command I got 2000 times interface reset counter. What could be the problem & whats best solution ?

Hi Nilesh

Check out the physical connectivity between the router and the modem and also check out the interface flaps of your physical link connected on your modem.

would also suggest to check out for reliability on your interface as well as for CRC.

do clear the counters on the interface take a fresh loop from your telco and check the stability and drops on your link...
