Voice Mail Between offices

hi

we have connected three offices,head office in dubai and branch office in egypt and Jeddha.when we call fron HO to a extension in egypt and if the extension is busy ,it should go to voice mail insted it is giving a busy tone.if the call is Inter office same extension it is going to voice mail.likewise from dubai to Jeddha is it fine.

Caller wants to be transfered to extension 7xx1


7xx1 is not at his desk. So receptionist states 7xx1 not avialable I will transfer you to his VM.


I dont want the phone to ring or have a call forward all selected on 7xx1 to transfer imedialy to VM.


I want the receptionist to dial *7xx1 and this goes to Unity directly.
