Web meeting failure - "General Error Contact the system administrator"

Hello,

I use a demo version of meetingplace express 1.1. I use VMWare player tu run it. Everything seems to be OK except that when somebody tries to join to a web meeting gets this error: "General Error Contact the system administrator". The voice conference is OK but the web meeting doesn't work. Can anybody suggest the probable cause of this message or what does it mean? I can not find any answer on the net.

Did you change the host name? There is a known issue for that. Basically breeze must have the first record as active in pps_enum_data_host. If that is not the case, it will not come up. The procedure to make that change is somewhat complicated if trying to do so manually. Open a case with TAC and they can help you out.
