I'm trying to forward calls directly to VM using this document: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_tech_note09186a008015b963.shtml I cannot get it to work. I've tried option 1, but get invalid password when I hit # then 2. Option 2 I get invalid extension when I hit # after pressing the transfer key. Trying to avoid Option 3. Any ideas what is wrong or what I'm doing wrong?

Need clarification on your terminology.
A. Forward all calls to unity from Call Manager? Just press the FwdAll button and the Messages button.
B. Transfer a caller directly into a subscriber's greeting, Press the TRANSF Soft key, dial the pilot number. When you hear the main greeting, dial the mailbox number adding #2 to the dial string, and then press the TRANSF key again. e.g. XXXX#2 with no pauses between any of the entries.
