In the bug CSCsd94055 are the wrong Fixed-in versions of IOS. Do you know which are correct Fixed-in versions?

you can open up a case with tac so that they could provide the files.

12.4(12.4), 12.4(12.3)T are the first fixed versions.

These versions are not possible to download from CCO. Is it possible to get these versions or is some date when the IOS from these versions will be on CCO?
