I am having problems with RTMT not showing any data (calls, phones, gateways, etc.). I recently upgraded my CCM from 4.0(1)sr2a to 4.2(3).
When I look at component versions in CCM, everything has a installation ID of CCM4.2(3), except 5. These show an install ID of 4.0(1)sr2a:
Why were these not upgraded also? How do I obtain and install the current versions?
