Hi all, im having issues with pinging a client behond my firewall, it is in transparent mode, the pc's are both on the same subnet. if I try to ping from the inside interface to the outside it does not work, i have allowed the specific subnet through using an access list into the inside interface, I am right in saying that the ping in theory should come back as the firewall should let it back in as its an outbound session ? ,would i need to enable icmp from the same subnet to allow this ?
