7941 reloads during conversation

I loaded SCCP41.8-2-1ES5S yesterday to resolve some issues with our phones that did not get the correct time after DST.


Today while two of our operators where on conversations their 7941g-ge phones rebooted and started upgraded.


I was under the impression this is not suppose to happen while users on on the phone.


Is there a good way to troubleshoot why this happened?
