Hello,
I need to know if I have the CUE-AIM with 1GB or 512MB is there a way to figure this out through the command line?

In the gui, go to Help - > Aboutand if the max message space is 480 mins you have a 512 mb flash. If its 840 mins you have a 1 gig flash.
You can RMA this module to get one with 1 gig flash if you have a service contract.
